For those who are not familiar with our community, we are located off of Exit 19 on the NYS Thruway, 90 miles north of New York City and 50 miles south of Albany.  The Town of Ulster is in the heart of the Hudson Valley within easy reach of the Catskill Mountains and is known as the "Business Hub" of Ulster County.  We are an active, growing community  and enjoy our beautiful location with easy access to great skiing, fishing, boating, hiking, theatre, music, historical sites, shopping, fall colors, summer festivals, county fairs and much more.
